WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY TOTAL

1.       AGREEMENT:  This agreement constitutes an order for photographic services between the above mentioned Bride and Groom and Keith Wright/Classic Portraits.

2.       PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES:  Is defined as photography, processing and delivery of processed film to the Bride and Groom, in addition to any other products or services as defined in this contract.

3.       RIGHTS:  Upon completion of the subject photographic services, Keith Wright/Classic Portraits will release all rights and negatives to the bride and groom in a timely manner, maintaining the right to use any and all images created in promotional campaigns, including print and electronic media.

4.       LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Keith Wright/Classic Portraits will make every attempt to deliver the highest quality of photographic services.  However, Keith Wright/Classic Portraits limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver proofs/prints/negatives for any reason to the return of any deposits paid that relate directly to the subject photographic services.

5.       FIVE (5) DAY WINDOW:  Upon receipt of this estimate and contract, Bride and Groom have 5 calendar days from today’s date, as noted above, in which to respond with a deposit and signed contract

6.       SIGNED CONTRACT:  Once a signed contract and deposit/full payment is received, Keith Wright/Classic Portraits will reserve the subject date and will not make any other reservations for that time and date.

7.       SUBSTITUTIONS:  In this case of ill health, accident, injury, or act of God, Keith Wright/Classic Portraits reserves the right to substitute a photographer(s) of similar skills.

8.       TOTAL:  The Wedding Photography Total defined above will not be exceeded without the express consent of the Bride or Groom.

9.       ARBITRATION:  In the case of any other disagreements resulting from this contract for photographic services, all parties agree to binding arbitration via a mutually acceptable source.

10.    DEPOSIT: A deposit of not less than 50% is due with this signed contract.  Balance is due 10 days prior to event.

11.    PAYMENT:  Payments can be made via cash, check, or by credit card by using PayPal.com.  Direct payments to Keith@classicportraits.net

12.    REFUNDS: Any requests for refunds due to any circumstances will only be granted with over 180 days notice.  If the subject event is less than 180 days in the future, refunds will only be granted if the subject date can be booked with another client.
